In a supportive, small group environment, explore your grief process through yoga, discussion and education. Yoga supports the uniting of body, mind and spirit in the healing journey of grief.
Breathing techniques can replenish our energy, improve sleep and relax the mind and body. A more still mind can be appreciated and enjoyed as we heal.
Our support groups require pre-registration and are designed for those whose loss has occurred at least 3 months prior to start of group. No fee to participate. To register, please call Yolo Hospice at 530-758-5566.
