Mourning and Music

Step through your personal journey in grief with music as your companion.

With the gentle support of music and the bereavement group, you can look inward for your resources and move out into the world in new ways. In a small, supportive group environment, explore your grief process through the use of the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM). Engaging your senses through imagery and music, we will explore the meaning of your loss and the challenges you face while nourishing your unique path on this journey of grief.
