Clinical Manager
(40 hours per week; Monday–Friday)

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for direct supervision of nursing and home health aide personnel and their daily activities. Participates as a member of the hospice CORE team and clinical management team and, as part of these teams, has a key role in participating in some Quality Assessment Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities of Yolo Hospice. Acts as liaison between nursing/home health aide staff and Director of Patient Care Services. Provide administrative back up support to on-call staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Must be currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
  2. Ability to take initiative and make appropriate independent work decisions is required.
  3. At least two years experience in hospice, home health or community/public health in the past five years is required.
  4. Previous experience in effective supervision of the work of others is required, and previous supervision of clinical health care staff is preferred.
