Memorial Service

Every year Yolo Hospice plans a memorial to honor their patients who have passed in the last year. Hospice staff, volunteers and the families of patients attend the annual Remembrance Gathering to acknowledge their losses.

During the service the names of all those who died from November 2006 through October 2007 will be read.

The non-dominational service will be held
Sunday, November 11, 2007 from 3:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
at the Unitarian Church, 27074 Patwin Road in Davis.
Friends and caregivers are invited to attend.
